SWEET & SOUR PAN CHICKEN GIZZARD .

INGREDIENTS
Chicken gizzards
Garlic powder
Soy sauce
Red onions
Bell pepper
Red chillie
Sugar
Beef cube
Fireball( optional)
PROCEDURE

If the gizzards are full of fat, put them in a sufuria and add a jug of water. Boil them until all the water is done and drain away all the melted fat . ( you can use the drained fat to cook other meals)

Add the diced onions, bell peppers and chilies on the gizzards and pan- fry them for a minute until the onions become golden brown.

Add garlic powder

Add fireball

Add the beef cube and cook them for a minute to ensure the spices are cooked well.

Add two pinches of sugar and stir.

Add some dark soy sauce and oyster sauce ( optional) and cook for a minute.

SERVE AND ENJOY!!!
