INGREDIENTS:
A bunch of plantains ( peeled )
1/4 kg of lamb steak
Salt
Garlic powder
Mixed herbs / Fireball
Chilli powder ( optional)
PROCEDURE.
Put the lamb streak on a flat surface and cut of any excess fat
On the same surface, beat up the meat using a meat tenderizer until it becomes thinner.

This is how the tenderizer looks like. You can find it in any supermarket.
In a bowl, mix the garlic spice, chilli powder, salt, fireball or mixed spice. ( Portions depend on the size of the steak or how spicy you want it to be)
Rub the mixture on both sides of the steak.
Put it in a fridge to chill for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, on medium heat, put some oil and deep fry the plantains.
Pour out the same oil to another container and on the pan, remain with a portion equal to three(3) tablespoons.
Remove the steak from the fridge and pan fry it in medium heat.
Keep turning the steak until all sides are browned and cooked well.
You can add choma sauce to cook with it.
SERVE AND ENJOY!!!
